Lily Bennu
Lily Bennu is a writer, spiritual educator, and sacred artist dedicated to making spirituality accessible, grounded, and transformative. She is the self-published author of Life Always Renews and is currently working with Balboa Press on her upcoming spiritual guidebook Spirituality Simplified, scheduled for release in 2026. Her work will also appear in an upcoming literacy narrative publication through Indiana University.Lily regularly delivers speaking engagements at Unity of Bloomington, where she shares insights on spirituality, personal growth, and reconnecting with ancient wisdom in modern life. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in English at Indiana University Bloomington, where her studies focus on writing, storytelling, and communication.With over a decade of spiritual study and practice, Lily brings together a wide range of traditions and experiences. Her background includes work as a crystal healing practitioner, Reiki and Kemetic Reiki practitioner, Kemetic energy worker, and recipient of the Munay Ki rites. Drawing on these teachings, she focuses on helping beginners and intermediate practitioners navigate spirituality with clarity and confidence, reducing overwhelm while encouraging deeper understanding and connection.Alongside her writing and teaching, Lily creates orgonites, crystal jewelry, and sacred artwork designed to support healing, grounding, and energetic activation. Her art often incorporates hieroglyphs, sacred geometry, and divine imagery, creating pieces intended for altar use and spiritual practice.Through books, speaking, and sacred art, Lily hopes to share the knowledge she has gathered on her own spiritual journey and to continue serving and educating the spiritual community for years to come.
She is also the proud cat parent of Buttercup and Waffles, two special gifts from Mother Earth. Lily plans to return to Egypt in 2027 for the August solar eclipse, continuing her lifelong connection to the land, history, and spiritual traditions that inspire much of her work.
